Analysis of operational effectiveness
Sometimes you feel that something is not working or you think that it could work better, but you do not know where the core of the problem lies and where to start or you just want to consult your doubts. This can be compared to a situation when you go to the doctor with an ailment, and he does not immediately prescribe you the drug, but orders tests to make an accurate diagnosis that will precisely indicate the causes of your ailment.
In such situations, we propose an analysis. We will look at your company, a specific team or selected processes. We will include our observations, conclusions and recommendations in a report, which we will discuss together during the summary workshop.
After such an analysis, you know where the problem lies and you know what exactly you can do with it.
We will focus on you – the person managing the company. We will set development goals, develop habits that support them and monitor their implementation together.
This form is more structured than consultations. In the coaching process I rely on the Toyota Kata methodology, m.in. Such a process may have a certain number of meetings, but often it is a constant cooperation.
There is more space for deepening topics related not only to business, but also to personal development.
We will transfer specialist knowledge in a simple way, at a level of advancement tailored to the needs of your company. The training helps to build a common language and facilitates further implementations.
The basis of change is awareness. Training helps to build it among all employees, not only the board.

Together we will identify the problem, find its root causes and work out a solution. We provide methodology, facilitation and your experience, and the substantive contribution is made by your team.
It is working in smaller groups, where with the help of exercises and discussions, everyone is involved. Although we always support with tips, there is less transfer of knowledge and more development of specific solutions.

The workshop can be a form of deepening and using the knowledge gained during the training or a way to jointly develop a strategy, vision and company values, or solve current problems.
Your problem or challenge may require more time-consuming activities than training or workshop. Then we propose action in the form of a project. Such a project will have a specific goal, a fixed duration, budget and will bring you certain results.
The project is the implementation of planned changes and the certainty that they will be efficiently implemented.
